Trip Calculation

Bus driver creates pick or drop trip. List of students to pick or drop considering the leave and early pick requests from parents is sent across.

Also, trip duration and distance is dynamically calculated and shared.

Google Directions API

Eschoolita utilizes most reliable Google Directions API's to calculate and display the route covering all the students to be picked or dropped on any trip. Bus location is constantly being updated on map to allow parents and school administration see the status of trip at any moment.

NFC Card Assignment

Student records are created on Eschoolita Web Portal and synchronized to Administrator App. Next is to assign NFC cards which can easily be done by Assign NFC function available on the app.

Leave and Early Picks

Parents can any time now apply leaves and send early pick requests through app. Administrator see all requests on Eschoolita dashboard. Once approved, student is automatically excluded from pick or drop trip during the duration of the leave.
