Administrators App
Administrators App is designed to help school Admins to carry out critical functions on the go like assigning NFC Cards to Students, assigning Drivers to Buses and also assigning Students to Buses.




ASSIGN NFC
Each student is provided NFC card to check-in/out on trips. Student screen on Administrator App provides this must have functionality. Admins can select desired students and assign NFC cards.




SCAN CARD
There are times when a NFC card need to be scanned to know which student the card was encoded for. This function is provided in both Admin and Drivers Apps.


Search Students
To assign NFC cards, Admin has to select desired students. There could be hundered if not thousands of students in your database. Search features comes handy to shorten student list.



Grade Filter
Another quick way to search or shorten student list is to select the Grade you want to focus on.




Student List
Select one or more students to start encoding NFC cards.



Bus List
Bus records are created in Admin Panel on Eschoolita cloud. To sync or refresh you need to pull bus list once. Pressing a Bus tile will lead to next screen where students can be assigned or removed from bus.




Assign Students to Bus
Students can be assigned or removed from Bus on the specific Bus screens. Click + button to add more students to bus or swipe a student record left to reveal Remove button. Press to remove.




Drivers List
Like Bus records, all Drivers are created in Admin Panel for the school and synchronized to Admin App by pulling the Drivers list down.




Assign Driver to Bus
A driver can be assigned to a single bus. After assignment, all student assigned to bus automatically become available to the driver.






Parents App
Parent App is an indispensable tool for parents to keep track of their kids every moment when they are on a pick or drop trip. Apart from tracking bus on Google Maps, parents can add more schools, share or send request to change home location, apply for leaves and early pick of their kids. Also, they receive notifications the moments kids check-in/out from trips.




Kids List
The first time parents register app using the activation key provided by school, kids records in Admin Panel related to parent are synchronized automatically. Parents may refresh the list any time by pull-to-refresh feature.



Add School
Parents may have kids enrolled in multiple schools, all using Eschoolita platform. In this case, parents can register using the activation keys provided by other schools and download kids list.


Leave Request
Parents can instantly send leave request for the kid which appears in Administrator inbox for approval. Function can be initiated by swiping kid entry on Kid list to the left and pressing Leave button.




Early Pick Request
Similarly, Early Pick request can be sent mentioning date and time to pick the kid. Parent need to swipe kids entry to right to reveal Early Pick button.





Share Home Location
The first activity after app registeration app is to share home location with school. Parents can open Address page and see currently registered location if done it before. This location is used in calculating trip routes.




Monitor Bus on Map
Parents can monitor kids bus location on map as soon as a trip is created by driver on which kids are going to be picked or dropped. For safety, parents can see bus and their kids pick or drop location only.




Setup Page
Parents can opt through setup page if they want to receive notifications when kids check-in/out from pick and drop trips. Eschoolita server sends notifications only to those parents which have these option active.




Push Notifications
Notifications are also stored in Push Notificatioin area under More Options. For this to work, app should be in foreground.






Drivers App
Drivers need to create pick and drop trips. Also, they need to change the trip status from Check-In to Check-Out and then Complete. They also, need statistics related to number of students picked, dropped or remaining. All, this can be done with ease of sitting on driving seat. The companion Bus App syncs itself automatically with the action taken on Drivers App.




Students List
Students are assigned to bus which in turn assigned to a particular driver. This relationship is used to display list of students to be picked or dropped by driver. To sync with any student additions or removals on bus, use pull-to-refresh feature of the Students List.



Share Address
Drivers also need to share their home location right after registering app with Eschoolita Cloud. This location is used to calculate route in pick and drop trips where drivers location becomes first or the last poin on route respectively.


Show Map
Driver can instantly see student's home location by swiping student tile to left and pressing Show Map button while on Students List Screen. This action will dispaly a Map with student location repesented by a Pin.




SCAN CARD
There are times when a NFC card need to be scanned to know which student the card was encoded for. This function is provided in both Admin and Drivers Apps. To use this function, driver must have a smartphone equipped with NFC chip.





Trip Screen
Before starting a new trip, driver need to determine if this is pick or drop. Next is to refresh student list which compiles all students to pick/drop excluding the ones on Leave. Pressing Start Check-In button will result in changing trip status to Check-In.




Check-In/Out Screens
These screen have counters on top to display number of students checked-in/out at any moment as well a route drawn on map with students represented as pins. Clicking on a pin will reveal further detail of the student residing at that location. Change Status button on bottom is used to switch between Check-In to Check-Out to Completed.







Bus App
This app is used to scan Students NFC cards while they check-in/out on trips. A Bus Conductor or Attendant is ideally required to assist students otherwise the device can be mounted at a suitable place near the bus enterance which should be in reach of all the students.




Students List
Student List contains students assigned to bus. To synchronize with any student additions or removals on bus, use pull-to-refresh feature of the Students List.



Show Map
To instantly see student's home location, swipe student tile to left and press Show Map button while on Students List Screen. This action will dispaly a Map with student location repesented by a Pin.



SCAN CARD
There are times when a NFC card need to be scanned to know which student the card was encoded for. This function is provided in Admin, Drivers and Bus Apps. To use this function, Attendant must have a smartphone equipped with NFC chip.




Search Students
Search features comes handy to shorten student list on Bus App and find a specific student.





Trip Screen
Trips can be created from Bus App as well. The Drivers App will automatically sync itself and switch to the relavent screen. Bus App shows similar behaviour when trip is intiated by Drivers App. Refresh List function compiles all the students to pick/drop excluding the ones on Leave. Pressing Start Check-In button will result in changing trip status to Check-In.




Check-In/Out Screens
Bus App has its own design of Check-In/Out screens. For standard subscriptions, students are greeted with a computer generated voice (TTS) voice message. If school is on Special Audio package, the greeting will be in more human like voice. Students image and other detail is also displayed upon swiping the NFC card.







Admin Panel
Each school has been provided special administrative access on Eschoolita Cloud where all the entities like Students, Parents, Areas, Grades and many others can be created by School Admin. A separate School database is created with each New Sign Up on Eschoolita website. Administrators can also see and approve Leaves, Early Pick and Address change requests.




Dashboard
With help of multiple charts and key indicators on Eschoolita Dashboard, Administrator can quickly determine the performance and status of various areas. Date range selector can be used to filter data for required dates. Eschoolita Team will keep adding more charts which will be readily available to all the Schools on Eschoolita Platform.









Responsive Design

Eschoolita Admin panel is completely responsive. Administrators can open on their mobile devices anywhere and complete required tasks on the go.









Master Records

Left area of Admin Panel provides access to master entities like Students, Grades, Areas, Parents, Drivers and many more. Administrator can do all sorts of data handling like Adding, Editing, Deleting or Disabling the Entities.
